Description: This
committee will work on further developing WOM cross-listed curriculum
and WOM-specific courses, approve courses for cross-listing using guidelines
on website |
Description: This committee
will work on developing an assessment plan and an assessment tool for women’s
studies courses, including WOM 101 and WOM 260 (Fall 2005) |
Description: the Bylaws
committee will draft bylaws for the UW colleges
Women’s studies program. |
Description: the evaluations
committee , comprised of faculty
past their third year, will conduct classroom visits of WOM 101 and WOM
260, and evaluate the teaching of these courses. |
Description: for the 2004-2005
school year, this committee’s functions will
be fulfilled by the workshop planning committee, an ad hoc committee in
charge of pulling together the WOM 101 training workshop for March, 2005.
In other years, this committee will attend to budget needs, professional
development requests, and workshop organizing. |
